Testimonials

Kate S. Zimmerman

Director of Cooperative & Continuing Education Penn State University – Schuylkill

“Thank you for spending the evening with us last night. We heard wonderful feedback from all attendees and the students learned so much from you!”

Eric Attinger

Chief Communications Officer - Pennsylvania Council of Financial Literacy

“I just wanted to thank you for speaking at our Dream Conference.  Your presentation was so applicable and engaging for the middle school and high school students in the audience.  Kids were participating in yelling out answers and you had their attention – which is nearly impossible after lunch! So WONDERFUL job!

Kyle Danzey

Director of Career Services Penn State University – Behrend

“Thank you for the wonderful presentation! It felt like your presence was in the room despite it being through Zoom.  Not only did our students give positive feedback, but our catering manager did as well.  She mentioned that she took notes herself.”

Sarah Leahy

Associate Director of Residence Life

We had the pleasure of learning from Dawn and Linda at the January 2023 RA Training at Susquehanna University where they presented 'It's Nice to be Nice to the Nice.' Dawn and Linda have the ability to make you want to listen to what is being taught. It wasn't simply about the topic that they spoke about, but just genuinely who they are. Together they have this dynamic energy force that brought to life what they presented. RAs walked away talking about how straightforward it can be to simply be nice to those around them, and how kindness doesn't cost anything. Although these are typically assumed to be generally understood concepts, hearing them from Dawn and Linda allowed for them to be processed in a new way and stick with them after the presentation was over.

My own personal note about them - while they were presenting, I leaned over to a co-worker and said, "I want to be like them when I grow up." Even as someone who has a master's degree and is a member of the leadership team in my department, I still learned from them and valued the information that they had to share with us.

If you are thinking about bringing Dawn and Linda to present to your group, I encourage you to do it. You will not regret learning from them.
